How can I help?
The People of Cabaret is made up of a small team of artists, dedicated and passionate about making long term changes in our working environments in cabaret and the live performing arts sector. It is a lot of work and exhausts our resources, so we welcome support from allies who can take some of the load off our shoulders.
It can often be quite daunting to ask us what help we need... where do we start?!
The best thing you can do is to not ask us what do we need, but to tell us how you can help!

AMPLIFY OUR SOCIALS
The most immediate thing you can do to help is amplifying our voice, sharing our social media content and get The People of Cabaret known to people. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and like, comment and share our content. It takes no time to reshare our posts in your stories and can help us reach the people we need to!

Practitioners who are able to donate their time mentoring or running free classes

If you're upgrading your laptop or phone and your old one is still working, donate it to us so we can provide artists suffering from financial hardship the means to participate
Educational material for performing (eg. books on theatre, dancing, singing, costume design etc)
Free massage/ physical/ mental health therapy sessions
